Staying true to history, the mad rush is on to make plans for New Years Eve and here at Vista 18 it is no different. With a mouth watering menu and world class entertainment, it is sure to be a memorable evening. We do still have some space available and if you are interested in making reservations now is the time.

We are sold out for our 9PM and 9:30PM seatings but we do still have room for our 6:30Pm and 5Pm offerings. Our 5Pm seating is a 3 course $55 option that is perfect for some culinary delights prior to going out to celebrate the coming of 2012.

We discuss pink salmon quite frequently and it’s making a difference. 

Executive Chef Garrett Schack has made a conserted effort to increase the awareness of pink salmon and 3 years ago added it to his menu at Vista 18, with a dollar of the proceeds going to support the Pacific Salmon Foundation.

December 24th:

Regular menu and hours from 6:30am to 10:00pm

December 25th:

Please note that Vista 18 will be closed for breakfast (Breakfast will be served in Clive’s Classic Lounge)

Christmas Brunch from 10:00am to 1:00pm is open for in-house guests only.

Closed for dinner service.  (Clives’ regular dinner menu is being offered in Clive’s Classic Lounge)

December 26th to 30th:

Regular Service resumes on December 26th.

December 31:

Regular menu and service from 6:30am to 2:00pm

2:00pm to 4:30pm dining room closed but our Vista Lounge will have a tapa menu available until midnight

Special New Years Eve service begins at 4:30pm to close with 3 seatings.  Limited availabiltiy so please call for reservations.

January 1, 2012:

Limited breakfast menu form 8:00am to 11:30am

10:00am to 2:00pm: Breakfast buffet with Omelet Bar. $18.99 ( Reservations recommended)
