We had another successful evening at the Uncork your palate 2012.
It was a very special night of music, wine and food held at Victoria’s historic Crystal Garden and what a wonderful and fun fundraiser event for the Victoria Conservatory of Music.
This year we tempted palates with prawn sticks with a sriracha aioli.

Over 1000 pancakes were flying off the grill on Saturday, December 10th in Vista18 for the 5th annual Pancakes with Santa fundraiser for the
Times Colonist Christmas Fund.
Thank you everyone who attended, you helped make this a very successful event! We raised over $5200 this year!
Executive Chef Garrett Schack and the kitchen team had a great time preparing pancakes and served by the management and employees of the Chateau Victoria Team.
We can’t forget Mr. & Mrs. Claus who were there to thank everyone in person!
