Local Spot Prawn Chowder
Cream of Parsnip Soup ~ caramelized apple jam, roasted hazelnut dust

2nd Course

Confit Fryer Tuck Chicken on Toast ~ tarragon pesto, brie, huckleberry gastrique
Prosciutto Wrapped Vancouver Island Rabbit Loin ~ wild mushroom, sage and marsala ragout
Crispy Parmesan Humboldt Squid ~ mediterranean tomato sauce
Slow Roasted Pork Taco ~ dr. pepper mole, pickled corn, goat cheese crème fraîche

3rd Course

Braised Beef Short Rib ~ horseradish demi, yam pavé, farm fresh vegetables
