We hope you’ve got your tickets for this year’s sold out Brewery & The Beast event, where chefs demonstrate their skill and passion for meat through a wide variety of delicious and inspired creations. Chefs Garrett Schack and Mike Dunlop will be on hand with Fried Goat Bologna Sandwiches featuring locally raised goat, yellow mustard and fresh sourdough baguette. Yum!

For Brewery & The Beast, local and regional farms provide the highest quality meats to be featured in various cooking methods. Whole pig roasts, house-made sausage, charcuterie, smoked meats, ethnic-inspired dishes, classic BBQ, and other full-flavoured exotic foods will be showcased. Accompanying the decadent dishes will be refreshments provided by The Phillips Brewing Company. Local cider, homemade sodas, specialty coffee, and traditional iced teas will also be served to wash down the savoury, sweet, and smoky flavors.
